Hi there, I have a boogie camera and it is stuck on but will not respond. I've attempted to turn it off but nothing happens. Also, the screen does not respond and when I plug it in to charge or into my computer nothing happens... Help!

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

MHS-TS20 I'm not sure how old it is..I bought it second hand

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Before this happened I had been attempting to import videos to my computer and it kept saying that I did not eject it properly but I had not attempted to eject it at all. That happened several times. The window in PlayMemories would open to in order to import and ask me to turn the camera on but it was already on
