Just upgraded from a Nikon d3200 to a d7500. After shooting a family session today (RAW) I tried to do the edits The View NX2 and Photoshop Elements are telling me the "file type is not supported". It also won't let me convert to a J-Peg. Both NX2 and Elements are the most current updated versions too. Help!!!

Nikon D7500. Just purchased it 2 weeks ago.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

This is the first time I've tried to upload photos. Again, I just purchased the camera two weeks ago. I can't find any kind of troubleshooting tips on this to troubleshoot.

What you need to do is download the Adobe DNG convertor.

This you can get from my link below

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

Once installed, open it and convert your RAW files in the program to DNG files.

Once done, you then open the DNG files within Elements.
