Just got a new canon camera. SX 530 HS. Camera cannot find my macbook. It is on the network but last part does not work. It does work if I use a usb cable

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

It says the device is connected. I did download your software and install it. That part sent okay I think

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I restarted my computer. I can send pictures from camera to the canon website. It just is having issues finding my computer and making the last connection between camera and computer

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

It is still spinning on camera and looking for the connected device I guess.
