I am having problems...

I am having problems connecting to my gopro 4 on my iphone using the app. i have downloaded the app again but make no difference. it seems as though mp phone doent see the camera. i have reset the camera and wi-fi but nothing helps

1 1/2 yrs.

Just would not connect. worked last nite. i videoed a hockey game.

Reset both on the camera menu

On the iPhone go to settings, general, reset, reset network settings.

Once done, tell me if it then connects to the camera please

Can you hold the home and power buttons on the iPhone until you see a apple logo then release.

Let it restart and tell me if you then can connect please
