I just mounted a Nikon 35mm PC lens on my D800 and now can't get if off !

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?

Nikon D800 about 5 years old

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Pushed release button like normal but the lens won't pop off like my other lenses

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

If you hold the Release button and try to wiggle the Lens off, does it move at all? Is there any give at all?

Can you put it upside down on something that vibrates such as an electric razor

Then turn on the razor and try will it is vibrating, to get the lens off.
