I dropped my gh5...

I dropped my gh5 during updating the firmware. and now it won't power back on. just seeing if it's recoverable in any kind of way

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I've charged the battery and I've changed the sd card.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

I dropped it during firmware update. but on carpet floor. hoping that I didn't permanently damage it. just hoping there is a fix to it

If the firmware update was interrupted and you are unable to access the on-screen menu then it is not user recoverable.

The camera will need to be returned to a Panasonic service center to have the firmware reinstalled there using their specialist equipment:
