I have a AZ421 digital camera, I want to up load pictures from the camera to my computer.... having lots of difficulties

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

Sorry, my name is Johnny.... Kodak Pixpro AZ421,,, 3 day old..

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I went on Kodak's web site. looking for solution, but couldn't find any, that I understood..

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

I have EasyShare loaded on my computer for an older camera, I was hoping for a patch or something to continue using it... I know the app is obsolete now..,.

You first need to click on This PC.

The instructions do work, I have spent 1/2 hour repeating them in order to try to get you to do them correctly as you keep is reading and mis doing them.

I feel it is only fair it you can please take the time and correctly do the instructions please, when done correctly they will work.
