Hello, my DCR -SR32...

Hello, my DCR -SR32 has started rolling in viewfinder,but it is ok when playing back?

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?

It is a Sony DCR-SR32, and it may be ten year old

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It is some time ago since I last used camera, maybe two years!, but it still has same fault, do not remember any problem leading up to the condition !,

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

Have not tried any troubleshooting

Regret my mobile phone has also developed a temporary SIM card fault!!!!!,
So will have to continue typing!

OK. The camera has a problem with the sync of the picture the image sensor is delivering to the screen. One thing to try first is, to remove the battery from the camera, leave it that way for overnight, and then try it again. If you have already done that, or if try that and it does not work, then you will need to decide whether the camera is worth sending to Sony Repair... and I'm not sure that they will repair a camera that old. Let me know what you would prefer in this case.
