I cannot achieve connectivity from canon power shot g10 to my laptop using the interface cable. the laptop will make the recognition sound but will not do anything elese- like it is frozen. battery re-charged.

Customer: approx. 7 years old.
JA: What have you tried so far with your PowerShot?
Customer: I have 3 pictures in the camera that will not xfer to laptop. have deleted old pictures.
