I need help in getting my working properly. I understand that is powered by yahoo and I seem to be able to go from Yahoo to my mail at
JA: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: everthing that I could find and some that I thought might work.

Customer: I am asked to sign in every time I click my icon for***@******.*** although I have asked not to have to do that but I am asked to sign in repeatdly. when you send me to an expert will there be a charge? What I need I think should bee a free service to a customer.
