Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
If you need a driver to make the camera recognizable to the Windows 10 computer, that is one thing. If you need software to download the pictures and process them, though the camera is already recognized just fine by the Windows 10 computer, that is altogether another matter.

If what you need is processing or downloading software, try this, it is the most recent Casio software for their cameras that can be found:

http://support.casio.com/download.php?rgn=1&cid=001&pid=198

and if it doesn't work, then try right-clicking on the downloaded installer file from that page, then choosing Properties, then going to Compatibility tab, then trying setting it to Windows XP SP2 compatibility, then click on OK to save the changed setting, then double-click on the installer file download, and try that.

If this answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!
