I want to transfer...

I want to transfer pictures from my Nikon coolpix b500 to my pc. I don't want to take the card out every time. Is there a way to do it without putting the pictures on my android smartphone?

Here's roughly how to go about the task of downloading pictures from your Nikon camera to your PC:

1. connect it to a USB port on the computer with a USB cable.

2. wait 2 minutes, for it to be recognized.

3. go to

Computer

or to

ThisPC

and see if there is an icon there for your camera. If there is, right-click on that camera icon and choose Explore. You will be able to view the camera as if it were a disk drive, and locate, select, copy (and, changing to a location on your computer's hard drive, Paste) the pictures you wish to have on the computer.

That's one way of doing that task. Would you need further instructions? it sounds as if the camera was not recognized. Check in 'Computer' or in 'ThisPC' for a camera icon there... and then try a different USB port, waiting several minutes for it to be recognized there before trying to see if you can access the camera with the computer.
