Hi, I'm Pete. Welcome to JustAnswer! I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply ASAP.
This error indicates a cassette mechanism fault. It usually happens if the camcorder hasn't been used for a long time.To fix this,
1. Open the cassette housing and knock GENTLY with your finger tip on the cassette cabinet (particularly on the position marked "push") until the cassette is released. 2. Push on the right place (marked "push") to close and then close the cassette housing.3. Operate the cassette (play, fast forward/backward). Repeat the above steps several times until the problem is gone. Next time, remove the battery and cassette when leaving the camcorder for a long period of time without being operated, and store the camcorder in a dust-free, warm dry place.
