Sorry, Russell - I am looking for printer support but can't change the tab on the menu. Will close and try again ...
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Thx, Pearl. It's a MG6600, several years old now; a paper jam.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Print pages as per normal command/settings. Page 1/2 (two-sided printing) came through as normal; enough paper in feed to complete print; no sign of paper jam; turned off printer and opened cover but sill no sign.
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No; but this is printer, not camera.
