Customer: hi, i get my Sony RX10-III camera last Dec 15,2016. Now the camera suddenly CAN NOT focus in ZOOM . What it happen. Can i return and change or repair ?

Can you remove the battery please then hold the shutter button down for 60 seconds then release.

Wait 5 minutes, put the battery back in and turn it on.
