I need support with my camera to download photos from my camera.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It a digital camera D-550 zoom.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It is a PC I guess that the OS is windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have changed my computer since I first used my disk to download

Can you connect the camera to the computer, then press the windows key (next to alt) and E

In the window that opens, click on This PC

Then tell me what is listed under drives and devices please
