Customer Question

I have a canon camera that every time I try to watch or delete a picture/video it pops up with "busy".
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Canon Powershot SX410 IS. It's brand new.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing I just turned it on and took a couple of pictures. I seen one I wanted to delete and it wouldn't let me. I have gone through everything in the menu to see if there was something I could do. I even looked up stuff on the internet. But I can't figure it out.
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The green light below the play button continues to blink when I'm look at my pictures.

Hi. Try to backup all the pics/videos you want to keep to the computer and then format the memory card while it is in the camera. I assume the card structure is too fragmented as it is. After the format, the card should be fine to take new picture and delete them as you wish.
