MX 340 has stopped scanning.
JA: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?
Customer: All was well yesterday, now I get a message, first wait a while and then PC scan standby and then nothing
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This MX340 is not a camera, but is a printer that scans, copies, and faxes

I understand you are having a problem with your scanner.

To start, please unplug the scanner and turn off the computer. Then turn the computer back on. Once it is on, plug the scanner in and connect to the computer.

See if that makes a difference. If not, let me know and we can go from there.

You may have to re-install the scanning software, and I can give you a link to that if a restart doesn't help.
