My Lumix Camera is in a "Motion Picture Mode (it warns that that is the situation) when I first turn it on. It was not intentional and I cant get rid of it. I resullt is that it really uses chip capacity. I use the camera soley for stills
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Its probably "8 to 10 years old. It has been great. Been all over the world with my wife and I.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have looked under the pict. Mode to see if maybe I mistakenly set up the camera in some mode that deliberaterly was set . Can't find it and its driving me nuts . It first occured last year in China and I stopped using it. I my resort to using a cell phone but don't want to.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Is there something that permits someone to set up to take Motion Pictures. If so how can I extricate myself from it.
