Customer Question

syShare C813 - It is a while since I used - perhaps I have forgotten something ANyway, I take a picture and review it - OK When I take another piecture, only one picture remains
JA: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?
Customer: EasyShare C813 - cannot remember when I purchased it but I have moved and seem to have forgotten what to do. Take one picture - Ok but when I take another it is not there. Never had this problem before and in fact a wonderful little camera
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Sorry what do you mean exactly. I cannot find any troubleshooting for this. Do I have to take a picture and then SAVE it and if so, have forgotten what to do
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so and thanks

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Yes, you may return to this case at any time through this page:

I think that you may need to put a memory card into the camera, or it may not have enough memory to store more than one photo.

Do you have a memory card in the camera at present? if so, of what 'size' or total capacity is the current memory card (not all sizes will work properly) ?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
As I said in my previous request, I have not used the camera for a while because of moving, etc. and as such, forgot there was a memory card in the camera. (I am getting forgetful these days - 89 yesterday!!)
I presume the booklet I got with the camera will tell me where this memory card is? I will get back to you after checking and thanks a lot for your reply. Margaret

OK... let me know if it turns out OK. Also let me know if there's any difficulty or puzzle as to what to do etc.

Here's a basically guiding picture, of how and where the memory card can be put into the camera:
