Can I use the canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II Lens on a Canon DS6041 EOS rebel camera?
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Canon EOS rebel ser. #(###) ###-####and I do not know old it bought at estate sale.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have no problem camera came without a lens and I wanted to by the best all around Canon lens for it.

Hello and thank you for your question. I look forward to assisting you today. The lens will mount fine but it was made for a different size image sensor so using it on your camera will most likely produce dark corners in the image.
