Customer Question

I have a D7000 and shoot for Apartmentguide, Zillow and TripAdvisor - lately when I go into bracketing for HDR it is working very sparodically -- if I shut camera off or take lens on and off numerous times it will start working
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: D7000 and bought when first came out
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I show up for a shoot and it does not work -- sometimes bracketing is so ligtI have to exposure compinsate 2 stops darker - other times does not bracket at all - dont know if it is lens or camaera
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that is everything

Have you tried using different lenses?
Have you tried cleaning the lens contacts on the body of the camera?
