I'm sorry about the issue. Is it the model L26 or L810, etc.?

Do you have a memory card inserted in the camera?

Are you able to transfer pictures from the camera to the computer?

Are you able to delete pictures you do not need any more?

no model coolpix1.31has memory card blue.can transfer to computer. can delete if computer says.

Thank you. To confirm, you are able to transfer pictures from the camera to the computer.

- Do you have Windows XP, Vista, or 7 or 8 or 10, or Mac computer?

- When you are viewing images on the camera's screen, do you see the menu / Trash / Delete option / icon, etc., so you can delete any picture you do not need any more in order to free up the memory storage on your camera?

- Can you please check carefully the label(s) on your camera for any model letter / number, such as L26 or L31 or L810, etc.?
