I was downloading photos when the process stopped. When I tried again, I had lost the PANA files and only had a system shortcut. I suspect a bug has got into the camera. I can still view the pictures on the camera, but have no idea how to download them. Can you help me please.

I was told my answer would come in 8 minutes. I still have no answer more than an hour later. Do not take my money I am not satisfied. Are you scammers or for real? Get back to me this morning either with a satisfactory answer or a promise not to take my money!

I have both put the card in a card reader and connected via the cable at different times. This has worked with this computer many times before. I have Windows 10 and a Dell Inspiron One Computer.

I have talked to a friend while awaiting your reply, and have discovered that my Asus Tablet will read the card, so I have downloaded the photos to my Tablet and am about to download them from there to another card with which I will download them to my computer. Thanks for your efforts. But they are no longer needed. I do not know what that will mean in terms of payment. Geoff Dethlefs
