I have a Canon FS100 camcorder. My hard drive crashed and I

I have a Canon FS100 camcorder. My hard drive crashed and I have purchased a new computer running Windows 10. I am trying to install Image Mixer 3 SE and it is asking me for the serial number. The only number I see on the camcorder is along side a QR box. The number appears to be 812632000955 WC. The software will not accept the number with or without the WC. Is ther another location that I can find the serial number?

I cant know what you are doing, I would have to SEE it in action to know for sure, you are doing it properly.

The serial number the Pixela ImageMixer 3SE requires is NOT the camcorder serial number.

Its a serial number that is fr the software, and is located in the documentation that came with the camcorder.

The serial number on the camcorder will NOT work.

But you already knew that.

The If you no longer have the doumentation that came WITH the camcorder (as it holds the serial number FOR the Pixela ImageMixer 3SE software).......then you can no longer INSTALL the Pixela ImageMixer 3SE software again.
