Gentlemen, I bought a camera EOS Rebel T6 last week I took

Customer Question

I bought a camera EOS Rebel T6 last week I took some photos and it was working fine. Then I start checking all functions to grab a better understanding of it.
Yesterday, I tried to take some more pictures but as soon I touch the shutter button to focus the pictures it immediately pups up the flash but does not take the photo.
So I think that I touch/change a function that prevents the camera for taking the photos.
Could you help me fixing this problem.
Thank you,

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I advise you to set the camera back to its beginning state again, by doing a Factory Settings reset on it.

Please let me know if you do not know how to perform this operation, and I will instruct you in detail so that you may try it.
