Customer: Rebel XS 7 years old
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

You may need to do a factory reset on it, to restore it to whatever condition you want it to be in, as opposed to whatever condition the students' button-pushing has put it in.

Note: a factory settings reset will erase all our own custom settings, esp. any White Balance settings you may have stored on the camera.

Do you need instructions on how to do this, the factory settings reset?
