I am tech challenged. I am trying to pair my android Galaxy 7 with my camera to do remote photography. I was asked for my password ***** somehow I never created one. In my efforts to do so I was also asked for my registration number. I also did not send in any warranty info. HELP
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: My camera is a Canon Power Shot SX60 HD. I purchase it on 9/11/15 at Precision Camera in Austin TX
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I did manage to upload the Canon app but it pops up that there is a new 'Camera Connect' to replace CameraWindow. I request that I connect. When I tap connect the screen is blank except for a request to operate the camera to establish a connetion
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I much prefer a phone call to constant typing. (###) ###-####is my land line. That way I can also work the CP while working the problem.
