Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. Place the camera flat on its back on a table, pointed at the ceiling. Press and hold the shutter button down, and at the same time press the power-on button. The camera will try to autofocus while the lens is attempting to extend and retract. Try this step several times. If that doesn't work, as you power the camera off, very gently try pushing the lens barrel back into the camera body.

Tried all the steps you told me camers is saying syber shot, and turn on and off again

You can also try blowing out the lens with a can of compressed air to see if you can dislodge any debris that may be jamming the lens.
