I have a Pixpro 651. The internal memory of my camera claims

Customer Question

Hello- I have a Pixpro 651.
The internal memory of my camera claims it is full when there is nothing saved (no pics).
My two memory cards read as full when there is nothing on them. .....I would think its a damaged memory card problem except the camera also is claiming its own internal memory is full. There is absolutely nothing saved! What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Jen

Hi,

This problem is a little confusing because as soon as the internal memory becomes full, it indicates that everything is full. If you wish to try to keep the media from the internal memory select the "Copy to Card" function. The camera mode dial should be set to P then use the steps shown in the attached visual instructions from the manual. You can then clear the internal memory by using the "Format" function. The camera mode dial should be set to P and when you select Format, you then select "Internal Memory" then Yes.
