Hello, my name is Rusty. Yes, they can be retrieved, don't use the camera until I say it is safe to do so or you can lose the pictures. Are you good on the computer? We can use it to recover the photos.

Hi Rusty, When it comes to the computer I am nearly illeterate so you will have to bear with me. I did take a few photos after the disaster. Hope I'm not SOL

We can run a surface scan on it. First, plug it into your computer, and open the folder. Tell me which drive letter comes up as your camera. This is important, we will scan that particular drive letter. If this becomes too much, you can request secure remote assistance, and I can take over your computer to complete the task.

I would like to switch to private phone chat but we received a phone call, which took time. I am so computer illiterate I will need verbal assistance.
Expert:  Rusty replied 1 year ago.

Instead of a phone call, how about I take over your computer? This is going to be very difficult for you, this is expert stuff. It will save us both time and headaches.

The site is saying that your payment didn't go through for the phone request. You may want to talk to customer service to see why, as I do not handle payments.

now what do I do? My husband worries about the security of our information.
Expert:  Rusty replied 1 year ago.

We are a BBB accredited site. Please contact customer service, they can help with payment. I am blocked from doing anything other than chat until it goes through. You want "Secure Remote Assistance". I'll be able to get into your computer, you can watch what I'm doing, and it will go quickly.
