I just purchased a used Hasselblad HV camera. I connected it

Customer Question

I just purchased a used Hasselblad HV camera. I connected it to my computer with the USB cord but the pictures don't upload automatically. How do I get the pics to upload onto my laptop?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. The easiest way, provided your computer has a media port, is to remove the SD card from the camera and insert it directly into your computer. Once you do that, you can transfer the photos directly from the card to the computer.

Thanks you! I didn't think of that at all. I did try it after you suggested it, though, and file folders show up but nothing is on them. Any ideas as to why this would happen? I've taken several photos.

If your camera can store photos in internal memory without an SD card, they may be located there. What version of Windows are you using?

No need to respond any further. I got it to work. Thanks.
