Nikon Coolpix 830. When I got the camera I had no trouble sharing pics, but when Windows 10 loaded this function no longer works. It looks like you can send them to an email address, but they never show up.

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it the model L830?

When did you upgrade to Windows 10?

Do you connect the camera to the computer with a (USB) cable?

Do you use a particular program for sharing / sending pictures?

Does it let you transfer pictures from the camera to the computer?

When you turn on the camera, and connect the camera to the computer with the USB camera cable, does the camera show anything? If you open the folder icon (File Explorer) on the computer, then click on This PC option on the left, do you see the camera device icon or camera's drive letter there?

I had no problem after getting windows 10, just in the last month or so I can't use the mail function to share. Yes, I use USB cable from the camera to my tower. The photo program on the computer is Nikon's , and the pictures show up on the computer. Just the "share' function doesn't work. It looks like you sent it but it never shows up in email. I use a Yahoo email address for the mail function.

Is the photo program called ViewNX 2? Or something else?

It is the program that automatically installs from the Nikon 830 camera when you first plug it into the computer. I get no error message.
