Customer Question

I have the Canon 5d mark iii and lately when opening my photos in photoshop to edit I have a small white x when enlarging the photos. It appears to be a missing megapixel and I can edit it out. Could this be trash inside the body or another type of problem?

Hi there,

Give the camera a gentle shake and try again.

If the white x remains in the same place then it is not debris inside the camera, but a dead pixel on the sensor instead.
