Hi there,

If the flash is stuck in TTL mode, attach it to the camera and select "Clear all Speedlight Cfns"

This will allow you to choose another mode again.

Do you have a different camera you can try it on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
As I said in the original email I did put it on a 60 D and was able to restore the ETT out what I am looking for is a way to do this when I'm out in the field and may not have a 60 D with me

There isn't any way around this glitch unless you put the flash on a different camera, or carry a different flash with you.
