Customer Question

I have an em-5 and the mode dial button has become a bit loose. I use the camera in a Nauticam housing for U/W photography. Can you advise an effective way to secure this dial to the camera so it does not dislodge in the housing?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. Some have noticed that the EM-5 has a 'wobbly' dial. Apparently this is part of the manufacture/design for this model, that the dial has a weatherproof seal but stands out a bit from the camera, thus the looseness you have noticed. It ought not to dislodge... most or all of the EM-5 appear to have been made this way, from what people say (e.g. here: ) If this answers your question, please rate my answer. Thanks, ***** ***** luck with it.
