Good morning Gloria! My name is*****'m sorry that you're having this trouble. It would be my pleasure to assist you. Please give me just a few minutes to prepare clear detailed instructions for you.

Before we begin, can you tell me what type of SD you have? Specifically, what size? The reason that I ask is that your camera can only recognize cards up to 2GB in size. Most sd cards sold today are a minimum of 4GB in size. If you have difficulty finding the right size card, you can order one from Amazon. Please note, this is a link to ONE 2 gb SD card, if you search Amazon, there are many available, Also a local camera shop may carry 2GB sd cards.

Here is a link to the user manual for your camera. It may be helpful to you in the future. If your card is the correct type and size, you can format it by following these instructions:Using setup to customize your cameraPress the Menu button.Select Setup , then press the OK buttonSelect Format , then select Memory Card and press the OK button. When the format is complete, Press the Menu button to exit. Another option for you would be to transfer the photos on the sd card to your computer, then delete the photos from that card and re-use it.
