Customer Question

I have a used Canon 40D I just purchased. After two months, when I take photos outside, they are almost white. There's no color and you can hardly see the image I photographed. What could be the problem.

Hi. My name is*****'m a camera repair technician with almost 30 years in the business and I'll be glad to help you with your question today. This could be one of several things. Either the lens is not stopping down at all and everything is overexposed, or, it could be in the metering circuit in the camera. The worst case senario is a problem with the image sensor. It can still be repaired, bht it may cost a little to do it. If you like the camera, you may want to look into it. You may want to check locally for acamera repair shop in your area, or, if you need assistance finding a shop, please let me know and I'll locate one for you.
