Greetings, When I select S mode in my LF1 camera the control

greetings,
When I select S mode in my LF1 camera the control ring does not change the shutter speed it only adjusts the +/- exposure.
Same when I select A, the control ring does not alter the aperture it only adjusts the +/- exposure.
any and all advice greatly appreciated

I would first check it on manual mode. On A, it should only adjust the Apeteur and on S, it should only adjust the shutter - the modes are Apeteur priority and shutter priority respectively. It sounds like you know all that.It is possible to be setting exposure compensation in those modes with the ring if you have pressed the up arrow first and selected exposure compensation. I would press the arrow to bring up the menu and make sure that is not selected.
