I have a Canon PowerShot ELPH 100HS and a new Mac Book light using OS X El Capitan v 10.11. Is there software available for download which would allow me to transfer images and movies from the camera to my Mac??

Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. Please download and install the CameraWindow DC software at the website below, and check: the download file name is ***** ***** And make sure to allow it to install., then open the CameraWindow DC application to import / transfer photos.- That should work. But if needed, also download and install the ImageBrowser EX software at the website below:; (download file name is ibxm-inst-131a-6-u01-9l.dmg.gz)- Another method: With the camera powered on and connected to the computer, open Finder, then click on Applications, then open Image Capture application (or Preview application), then use it to import photos / videos. Please reply at the box below to continue. Thank you.
