I have an Olympus Waterproof camera and my granddaughter got hold of it and messed up my settings.Can you tell me what setting it is supposed to on it and how much is this going to cost

I have bee n trying to put a new password ***** I do not remember the old one, but every time I try,it tells me to put in my old one. I DO NOT REMEMBER THE OLD ONE!!

It could be anywhere on the camera. Sometimes around the battery, the bottom etc.

My Battery goes in on the side of the camera. There are some numbers on the back, but I can barely see them. I will do the best I can and to be charged and additional price to talk to me is rediculous!!!.

Try this and let me know what happens:Press [MENU] buttonSelect “SETUP” menu and then press the OK buttonPress [</ dial left] to select the page tabsPress the [V/ dial down] button to highlight the “Tools 1” tab, which is represented by a wrench and hammer 1 icon, and then press [>/ dial right] buttonSelect “Reset” and then press OK buttonWhen a message appears turn the dial to choose “Yes” and then press the [OK] buttonPress [MENU] button to complete the settingIf this did not work reply before rating so we can continue. I just tried what you told me to do and used the menu number and "Write Protect" came on on my screen

Please remove any memory card you have in it. There should be a little switch on the side.Move that switch back and forth a few times then leave it on the unlock side.After that put it back in the camera and test the camera again. If the same thing happens test the camera without the card in it at all.If this did not work reply before rating so we can continue. You're setting were already reset if you did the steps I gave you. It was the very first thing I gave you. This is something completely unrelated to them. It sounds like it wants your Olympus account information which you would get when you register the camera here: Click Here I also have no control what so ever over billing all I am doing is trying to help you.
