Customer Question

I have a Samsung G4 repeating an old problem and now showing a new 2nd problem.
The new problem is while starting normally I receive the message saying there is no SIMM card. After I remove the message it goes on to work normally.
The old problem that is back is the message the SD card has been removed you must restart. I restart and all is fine for a few days. Just a month or so ago I had put in a brand new Samsung 64 Gb SD card. Within two weeks it started doing this. LAst summer it was doing this. By Fall the card was not recognized ever. Finally when the DS card didn't have enough memory anymore I replaced the original, now dead, SD card.
What might be the root problem(s)?

Hi there Paul and welcomeFirst on the Sim card, can you remove it from the phone, rub it on your sleeve to clean it (the copper part) then put it back in the phone and tell me please if it still gives you the issue.
