I have a bunch of issues can't select Quick AF,Eye

Hello, I have a bunch of issues can't select Quick AF,Eye Sensor AF, AFS/AFF in menu, All are greyed out.
Also not able to change F stop ( Aperture settings. remain 0.0) with the Dial in front of camera?? Had cam for 6 months) jus noticed.is camera broken?
Did reset camera a bunch of times, with no luck
Please help...
