Customer Question

I own a DMC GF7. When I use Image App to send photos to my smartphone, the photos do not have same image quality (resolution) as on the camera. What can I do to improve the image quality on the transferred photos?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. If Image App is reducing the quality of your photos for real (as opposed to, perhaps they are not being displayed at proper resolution but the image density is still there in the file(s) transferred) then use some other means of photo file transfer, such as literal copying. To advise you further I would need to know a little more about the way the transfer is being done now.
