You should be able to use them simply by setting them up as two separate capture sources. If you can provide me with some specific information on where you are having trouble I can provide additional help.

This computer is 1 week old, I am installing 92 updates to see if the problem gets resolved.

And it very well may - there are a LOT of changes in those updates - not just security. I just setup a windows 7 system for something specific - nearly 400 updates. It's nuts. know how you make out.
