Are you there
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am not using a credit card.
Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

Sorry but I had to step away...

There are a number of things to check...

First is the on button feeling different to normal? Has it been jammed in?

Second have you tried different batteries?

Third check the memory card door, the camera will not turn if it thinks this is not fully closed...

If no luck with these basic checks come back to me and we will go a little more advanced...

Also how did you pay the deposit if not Credit Card? Paypal?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Camera is dead. ON/OFF button and picture taking button both jammed down and frozen.
Battery is fully charged, Memory card works fine
I checked all these things already.

Camera will need to be dismantled then and the buttons freed up, if still jammed with the cover of then the buttons themselves may need replacing which would require a soldering iron.

I have a soldering iron

So start by dismantling the camera..

This video shows you the screws to remove, its for replacing the lens assembly so you don't have to go that far, only as far as accessing the top:

With cover off and buttons fully exposed feel if they feel normal with the covers off... If ok then carefully reassemble making sure the button covers don't jam
