Hello, my name is Rusty. Absolutely, camera signals are for the most part, the same. The only difference is resolution, but that doesn't matter when it comes to the camera, only the DVR and the display. The DVR will downscale the signal if needed.

Most connections are BNC or RCA. The thing with these connectors is they are interchangeable, they can be switched out with inexpensive adapters. Your camera uses BNC, as well as your DVR, so you won't need these adapters. The audio input is RCA, so that is also compatible. You can connect that camera and record audio and video with your H.264.
