What pictures are you seeing? Can you tell me more about the layout? Are they 3 distinct pictures, like a side by side or picture in picture arrangement?
Or are you seeing 3 images that are all overlaid on each other that are causing a ghosting or shadow effect?

Does this happen on all inputs/sources? (cable, dvd, game, media/apps, etc)?
If you bring up the rca menu, is that duplicated as well?
