Nikon 810: when I go to transfer files from camera to my computer, Nikon NX2 recognizes that it is connected to D810 but does not recognize any files. I already uninstalled and reinstalled View NX2 and still no luck.

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working previously?

Do you use an SD (or SDHC) memory card with the camera?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Is there a memory card slot on your computer?

With the camera powered on and connected to the computer, open windows explorer or finder on the computer, then do you see the camera device (or camera's driver letter) there? If yes, can you open it and open any folder/subfolder and see if your photos are there?
