When I scan a picture to my computer and then go to Shutter Fly to make a calendar I can't crop and drag the picture to the calendar. I can use a digital picture from my folders but the scanned pictures can't be moved around. Can you help??

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I think the answer to your question depends upon the exact program you are using to scan in the picture.

Also it depends a lot upon whether you saved the scanned image first.

Let me know a bit more about what you are doing exactly - and whether it being tried on a Windows computer, or on an Apple computer, and I will advise you further and more specifically depending upon the details.

In general, try

1. saving the scanned image to the hard disk first,

2. or using different software, a different program, to scan in the picture

3. or perhaps other things, depending upon details.
